About Zust
Founded in 1911 in Chiasso, Switzerland by Giovanni Zust, the company has been actively involved with projects that have changed the face of industries.
These projects, starting with the shipment of entire textile factories from Europe to post-revolutionary Russia and continuing after the World Wars with huge energy infrastructure projects to the countries of the Middle East and, in more recent days, to the newly independent countries that made up the Soviet Union, have shaped our company into a truly global provider of intricate logistics services.

For more than a decade now ZUST BACHMEIER, Inc. has supported U.S. based construction companies with the upgrade of existing U.S. Embassies as well as the construction of entirely new Embassy compounds around the world. This U.S. Government program is ongoing and ZUST BACHMEIER, Inc. has committed substantial resources into specific solutions for this important task.

ZUST BACHMEIER, Inc. (ZBS) is an International Air Transport Agent (I.A.T.A.) Freight Forwarder, and participant in the Cargo Network Services (CNS) program. We are a recognized Cargo Agent for all Domestic and International Air Carriers that are members of I.A.T.A. ZBS offers its clients the full array of commercial airfreight services including:

Federal Maritime Commission to Operate as a Ocean Freight Forwarder and Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC). License No. 003116NF. ZBS offers our client’s the full array of Ocean Freight services, including:

Our decades of experience with providing Ocean logistics support for large projects internationally has given us the experience advantage for handling any size cargo, including Oversize and Heavy. Properly choosing the most suitable port at both origin and destination country, working with reputable Liner Carriers and Ship Owners, and negotiating the most competitive rates available, is all part of the Oceanfreight services we provide.

We also have a 25’ high drive through door which allows us to drive flatbed trailers inside the warehouse for loading and unloading of cargo in wet weather. This limits freights exposure to the elements.
Our warehouse space is sectioned into 20′ x 8′ numbered bays. Assigned location numbers ensure freight can be located at all times in our large facility.

The facility is a brick constructed building, strategically built in a prominent Commercial Industrial park. The facility is located just minutes from the BWI Airport and the Port of Baltimore, and intersects with major Interstate Highways (I-695, I-95, 295, Rt. 100). The facility is Security Alarmed, with Sprinkler Fire Control System and nighttime guards patrolling the complex.
For clients that require Secure storage we have 130,000 square feet of secure storage which is also sectioned into numbered bays.
