**Attention** Summer ARRIVAL WINDOWS are from 8am–10 am, 1pm–4pm. Only 1-2 bedroom moves are allowed in a late window unless otherwise specified. If you do not specify a time frame, you will be pushed to the closest available frame to the one you selected. While we do our best to maintain our schedules, it is best to set aside a day for moving. Traffic, weather, and even other clients can delay a move. To confirm your selected move date and time, we require a deposit. If you have paid a deposit, that deposit is to secure your move date and time frame. Once you have secured your booking, no one else may book your spot. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations. If you reschedule within 48 hours of your move date and time, you will be charged 50% of your deposit. The remaining balance can be applied to the new move.
