With such a void in the moving and storage services industry White Glove Storage & Delivery saw an opportunity to create a competitively priced relocation/logistics company that was able to FINALLY bring the industry a professional, service oriented mover that can responsibly handle clients that expect and demand the best.
Eventually White Glove Storage & Delivery grew within the community by word-of-mouth as the experts in handling furnishings and relocation.

PROJECT INSTALLATION
White Glove Storage & Delivery’s clean, secure, state of the art warehouse facilities are fully equipped to receive quantities ranging from a single box up to an entire container, and more. We assist from the moment an order is made by participating with our clients directly so that we know what is to arrive before it hits our dock.
TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED WAREHOUSE RECEIVING AND INSPECTION SERVICES
After your merchandise has been received we fully inspect what has arrived for any damage, defects or missing parts/pieces. We then contact you immediately by phone, log it into our state-of-the art inventory control software system then email you a typed condition report with pictures.
Our software is able to accurately track everything that enters and/or exits our facility, its condition and its specific location. We can also arrange packing and shipping solutions as well as assist with freight claims from start to finish should the need arise.
Our facilities are completely climate-controlled and highly secure. We can store single pieces of furniture, or an entire household, for a day or a decade, with a competitive pricing structure to ensure that you only pay for the storage services you need on a monthly basis.
Our computerized inventory control and tracking system details every item you have stored with us, when it was received, and where it is located. You will always have the most up to date information to confidently coordinate installation.
We do not “stuff” your treasures into crates and stack them. We store the pieces as intended in our showroom-style facilities so you can be sure that every piece is handled with the attention it deserves.
All loose items must be packed in boxes to prevent loss or damage while moving. It is
recommended that you pack all items and leave the drawers empty.
Items of extraordinary value such as jewelry, money, antiques, and stamp collections
can be included in your shipment, provided that you notify your local moving representative
of these items before packing and moving day. It is strongly recommended that you carry
irreplaceable and expensive articles with you, or make alternate arrangements for their
transport.
In the moving industry, items worth more than $100 per pound are considered to be articles
of "extraordinary value.” To be assured that a claim involving these articles is not limited
to minimal liability, complete and sign your mover's high-value inventory form.
Also, be sure to sign the "Extraordinary Value Article Declaration" box, if applicable, on
your Bill of Lading.
Each mover has a slightly different procedure to follow as it relates to high-value items.
Ask your relocation specialist to provide you with an explanation of their company's process.
This is a confusing (but important) task, so be sure that you clearly understand the rules
prior to load day.
