Walters Transfer Warehouse Storage System combines the advantages and safety of mini-storage, with the full service and low rates of warehouse-storage.

Warehouse storage is well suited for customers who want door-to-door moving service. Customers who choose warehouse storage will find their goods safe and secure, without the need to come and personally sign for a room and supervise the storage process. Our movers take care of that part. Customers’ involvement in the moving and storing process is limited to moving out of their old location and moving into their new location when it’s ready.

All items are placed in secured lots. Upon reduction in the amount of stored items, customers may change the size of their storage unit. This saves our customers money in otherwise unused storage space.

Our personnel will take full inventory lists, indicating all the items and their condition.

While in-transit, customer’s goods are protected with the move protection option. Storage liability is applied to insure goods while in storage. Two liability options are available: weight-based liability and full replacement liability. Our consultant will explain to you our liability options and rates, in length.

All paperwork is done at the pick-up location. Customers do not have to personally come to the storage facility.

While in storage, partial or full delivery and/or adding items may be easily arranged over the phone. Our professional movers will do the work for you at the date and time of your choice.

Nothing will save you more money on moving day than being packed and ready when the movers arrive at your door. There are several ways to accomplish this. You can pack yourself; you can hire us to pack you, or you can pack the easy items and allow us to pack the fragile ones.

Walters Transfer has over 60 years of packing experience. Our trained men arrive at your door in a fully equipped pack van ready to do all or any part of your packing. We bring all the materials needed to wrap or pack just about anything, and large items can always be crated. We bring wardrobe boxes on the day of the move at no cost to you. Unpacking service is also available.
