Villa Park Trucking was founded by Don and Kathleen Clift in November 1969. At the time of its creation, Villa Park Trucking was one truck with one driver servicing one customer. Initially, our business was hauling loads as a Sunkist Contract Carrier.

Based out of the Sunkist packing house in Villa Park, CA, Villa Park Trucking hauled loads from citrus fields to a packing house in Orange, CA, and a juice plant in Ontario, CA. From the Sunkist packing house packed fruit was transported to the Long Beach Harbor.

VPT remained in its starting location at the Sunkist house until 1982. Thirteen years later, we had outgrown our first location and made a move to Corona, CA into a full-service trucking yard. We stayed in Corona for 18 years until yet again more space was required to house and repair all of our equipment. At this point, in an attempt to better service our customers, we decided to have two full-service terminals: one in Southern CA and the second in Central CA.

HAULING

Villa Park Trucking has an array of equipment in order to service your hauling needs. We have separated our equipment into five different divisions: Dry Freight, Refrigerated Cargo, Tankers, End Dumps, and Flat Bed Agriculture Loads. All of our trailers are equipped with the proper load securing devices before they arrive to haul your load.

Dry Freight
For your Dry Freight hauling needs, we operate 53-foot curtain trailers, 28-foot curtain trailer doubles, 53 foot Hi Cubes, 53-foot flatbeds, and 28’6 foot flatbed doubles.
