Triangle Moving Service Inc. was established in 1989 as a one truck operation servicing Hillsborough, Chapel Hill and Durham, NC. Since then, the company has continuously increased both it’s size and service area.

Today, we run multiple crews daily, and while our service area has expanded to include most of central North Carolina as a local mover and most of the Eastern US as an interstate mover, we have maintained our small town, local family business values.

Our success was achieved by acknowledging and providing the core characteristics and needs that are essential for an efficient and cost effective move.

Triangle Moving Service Inc. also provides local moving service to Burlington, Greensboro, Roxboro and the surrounding areas.

In addition to offering moving services, we also offer both long and short term containerized storage, either in our own climate controlled warehouse, or in portable containers known as PODS. PODS (Portable On Demand Storage) was established in 1998 to make moving and storage more convenient and less stressful.
