Total Truck Transport is a privately owned and managed company founded in the United States in 2000.

From the very beginning the company has established and maintained a reputation for providing outstanding personalized customer service that larger companies simply cannot hope to maintain.

We pride ourselves on working closely with our customers to provide efficient, cost-effective solutions to their logistical needs.

Our professional drivers are all well trained and experienced, meeting all statutory as well as industry related requirements for the storage and transfer of freight.

Our fleet of well maintained late model tractor trailer and straight trucks, as well as our cost efficient cargo vans ensure that delays due to mechanical breakdown are virtually non-existent.

In 2008 the company has expanded to include a satellite office at BWI Baltimore Washington Thurgood Marshall Airport, to better assist our customers in that area.

In 2015 the BWI office nearly doubled their previous capacity as they moved into a new 5000 sq ft facility with double the bay doors and significantly closer (3 minutes) to the airport freight terminals.

In 2016 TTT opened our Orlando office, and the team down there quickly established Total Truck Transport as the go-to company for pickups and deliveries that had to be done right and on time the first time.

In 2017 Total Truck Transport IAD moved into a new 34,000 sq ft warehouse facility as the company continues to expand and grow.

In 2020, we opened our fourth warehouse in Tampa / St. Petersburg, Fl, giving us coast to coast coverage of Central Florida!

At Total Truck, this commitment begins with the training all of our drivers and staff receive in the handling of freight, and particularly air freight. In addition to proper handling procedures, our drivers and office staff are tested regularly to ensure they are up to speed on the latest Transportation Security Administration (TSA) guidelines relating to airport security procedures.

Although the company is not a freight forwarder, we are members of the Airforwarders Association, thus ensuring that we are supporting our customers by maintaining an awareness of the issues surrounding the air cargo industry, and helping to work as advocates for reasonable, cost effective, proactive legislation within the industry that will continue to ensure security during a period of technological advances and global instability.

Total Truck Transport is in full compliance with all required TSA directives and mandates, including maintaining Security Threat Assessment (STA) information on our drivers and staff. Our drivers are also tested and trained on the movement of screened freight.

Local Air Freight Pickups & Deliveries
TT Transport has been operating in and around Dulles (IAD) airport since it’s inception. We know air freight. Since the company’s founding back in 2000 we have expanded to four stations servicing five major airports.

We can pick up your freight (or drop it off) at any of these major airports:

As one of the top air freight cartage agents in the Dulles (IAD) and Baltimore-Washington (BWI) area you can rely on Total Truck Transport to get your shipment to it’s destination on time and in good condition. And our two facilities in Florida, in Tampa and Orlando, permit us regular daily coverage coast to coast across central Florida

Total Truck Transport drivers are screened and trained on all of the latest TSA mandates and rules regarding the movement of air freight, tendering air freight to airlines and other IACs, and for the movement of screened freight to and from Certified Cargo Screening Facilities.

Air Ride Suspension trucks are available upon request.

Whether you need short term storage or long term warehousing, the facilities at Total Truck Transport can fulfill your needs at rates that are extremely competitive.

Have 19 pallets of widgets that you ordered but only have room for one at a time at your location? We can store your excess, and can schedule delivery of additional pallets from your stock on a regular timetable or on an as-needed basis.

Have some freight arriving at the airport but can’t pick it up for a few weeks / months, and want to avoid the sky-high storage fees charged by the airlines? We can pick your freight up at the airport and store it for you until such time as you’re ready for it.

Whether it’s a week, month, or year, your freight is safe in our secure warehouse.

Local Residential Deliveries

Our team of trained drivers can deliver your special order items directly to your residence. Lift gate service is available, as well as uncrating and trash removal service. Multi person teams are also available should your freight be fragile and difficult for one person to move easily and safely.

Whether your delivery is 3 pounds or 3000 pounds, a single box or multiple palletized skids, we can deliver it to your door (or inside your door), safely and on time.

Government & Military Logistics / Cartage
The drivers at Total Truck Transport have all been trained on the procedures for making deliveries and pickups from secure government facilities.

Being based in the Washington DC area we are fully aware of the sensitive nature of some shipments and the locations they are delivered to and picked up from. We are familiar with the security measures in place at most government and military installations, and cooperate fully with any special restrictions that are necessary for the security of your shipment.

Trade Show & Convention Center Pickups & Deliveries
Trade shows present specific and unique challenges, and unless your carrier is well versed in the ins and outs of trade show deliveries and pickups, you could find yourself out in the cold with no exhibit.

Total Truck Transport is well versed in the intricacies of trade show logistics. We can take away the worry of logistical issues and allow you to concentrate on the content of your display.

We offer many options in terms of the trade show services we can provide.

Our dock to dock service means that there is less exposure to potential damage. We’ll pick up your display from your headquarters or from your last show and deliver it directly to the dock of the next show. The less you move something the less chance there is of it getting damaged.

Should there be a significant amount of time from one show to another we can store your exhibit in our warehouse and ensure that it is delivered to your next trade show on time and in pristine condition.

Our drivers are experienced and extremely familiar with the procedures for drop off and pick from trade show docks, and can ensure on-time check-in and proper handling of your exhibit materials.

As with any trade show delivery or pick up waiting time charges do apply.
