Top Shelf Moving & Delivery is a locally owned and operated partnership. We’ve been servicing the North County and San Diego for over a decade. Coming from many different backgrounds and experiences, each partner and staff member enjoys what we do. Billy Volek & Katie Ebbens Moving Director/Design Coordinator
Billy Volek, CEO, is a real estate investor and home renovator activist. Prior to real estate investments, he played in the NFL for 12 years which required many residential moves as well. Billy has hired many moving companies throughout career paths and fully comprehends the stress that moving entails. His missions for Top Shelf is to reduce stress for clients by providing them with personable customer care and professional moving services. Katie Ebbens, on the other hand, is a local interior designer in San Diego who met Billy during one of his many real estate renovations in 2017. She established her design company, Designers I in 2012 and continues to work with clients while assisting her fellow designers at Top Shelf. Understanding the design process and need for a reliable receiving and installation company is what lead to her partnership with Billy at Top Shelf. Her mission for the company is to establish and maintain relationships with her fellow designers to ensure their deliveries and installations go as smooth as possible.
