Local moving is done on an hourly basis as mandated by the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (WUTC). Our current rate for two men and a truck (any size) is $99.95 per hour for a typical four to six-hour move. This special price is for all moves booked in March and April. This includes movers and all equipment (pads, straps, dollies, piano boards, etc.) that is necessary.

T & S Transportation has storage solutions to fit every situation and budget. Full service storage is an excellent option when it comes to storing your belongings for the short-term or long-term.

How Full Service Storage Works

Your furniture and belongings are inventoried and listed on a manifest describing each item and its condition at the time of pickup. Then your furniture is wrapped in heavy cloth pads, carefully placed into large vaults which are forklifted into our warehouse where they wait until you call for them, whether it’s weeks, months, or years later. Sofas are first wrapped in soft, clean cloth moving pads and then further protected with plastic stretch wrap. Sofas are then placed on large shelves to ensure they stay clean and have no pressure dents or tears when removed from storage. Oversized items which do not fit into the vaults are also pad wrapped and placed within the racking system for safe keeping.

Internal Relocation Services
Whether you require a single office to be moved or an entire floor reconfigured, T & S can work with your company to efficiently complete the project on time and within budget. T & S can assist with planning and phasing of internal moves – proper planning and phasing can be critical with larger internal office reconfigurations.
Furniture Disassembly & Re-Assembly Services
The T & S professional furniture installation staff can assist with all of your furniture needs including: Disassembly and re-assembly of furniture during a building to building move including cubicles, modular desks, conference tables and shelving. Re-configuration of cubicles during an internal office move. Installation of a number of different furniture brands including Herman Miller, Steelcase, Hayworth, BPI and many others. Wall-mounting services including white boards, shelving and pictures. T & S installers will take the time to ensure that modular furniture is properly leveled after installation is finished.
Packing & Unpacking Services
T & S can provide packing and unpacking services for libraries, file rooms, supply rooms, and warehouse inventory. To ensure organized transfer of your library, file room or inventory materials, T & S will develop a labeling system to ensure that all items are properly placed at the new location. T & S will provide specialized equipment, including library carts and inventory carts to ensure safe transport of materials. Stretch-wrap is used on the carts during the move to ensure materials are not lost or damaged.
