Syfan Logistics and asset-based Syfan Transport provide a diverse array of shipping services – with the highest level of transparency and reliability “without the drama.” Our company is located just north of Atlanta on an expansive 65-acre-plus campus near Interstate 985 in Gainesville, Georgia. We are a growing company with more than 350 professional team members. In 2019, our company underwent a major expansion to bring our offices, from accounting and human resources to sales and logistics, all under one roof. A second expansion adding two more floors for 150 additional team members has already begun – and should be completed by the end of 2022.

With a service region stretching across the United States, Mexico and Canada, we deliver on promises to our shipper partners with loads of confidence.

Syfan is a 24/7 operation with our own full-time communications staff – an important distinction separating us from other shipping companies. We do NOT rely on a third-party call center to communicate with our customers, which provides even greater support with the least amount of drama.

Our in-house dispatch center is equipped with an automated phone system that routes customers to their specific loads and designated support team.

Customers also track and monitor loads through our state-of-the-art transportation software and GPS-enabled trucks – allowing 24/7 instant updates at the click a mouse.

With our roots in Georgia’s poultry industry, Syfan is well-versed in the deadline requirements of shipping meats and other perishables for some of the nation’s largest food companies. Another stress reliever for our customers is the fact that we back every load with primary cargo insurance. We also provide excess liability policies that go over and beyond primary cargo insurance for the most valuable loads such as computers and pharmaceuticals.
