The assumption that, “anyone can be a mover”, is a common mistake. A good mover must have: excellent common sense, on spot decision making skills, customer service skills, honesty and integrity. On top of all that, they must still have a strong back with endurance to last 12 hour shifts, carrying furniture all day. Trust me, these men are hard to find. This is the most valuable service I bring to Swift Movers. It was not easy but it is here so you can have trustworthy and excellent movers.
To make things even easier, we always keep our prices as simple as stated on our website.
I would like to say thank you to all of the families who have referred us out and treated us as family in their homes.

Office Packing and Moving
Moving desk, filing cabniets, and printers is a regular work day for us. Swift Movers tailors each move to the needs of the organization to help speed up the process when timing is crucial.
You have the right to receive an estimate based on a physical (in-house) survey of your
shipment. Under the regulations, your mover must base your estimate (either binding,
non-binding, or not-to-exceed), on a physical survey of the household goods to be moved if
the goods are located with a 50-mile radius of your mover’s (or his agent’s) place of business.
You may elect to waive this requirement for a physical survey, but if you elect to do so,
you must sign a written waiver of your rights.
In all likelihood, you will find that an on-site estimate based on a physical survey
of the items that you plan on moving will be more accurate than an estimate that you
provide to your mover over the telephone or the Internet. So, unless circumstances warrant
(normally due to the time constraints of a short-notice move or because you are only shipping
a few items) think carefully before you elect to waive the required physical survey
of your shipment.
