When it comes to long distance moves, many movers price your move by weight or cubic feet. At Spartan Van Lines, Inc, we have found that these pricing forms are confusing, inaccurate and create fluctuations in pricing.

We are proud to provide a “Guaranteed Flat Price” based on your list of items. Our item list based Flat Prices allows you, the shipper and us the moving company to have a very detailed and clear point of reference.

Your Trusted Local Movers
Local moves are defined as a move within the same state where the distance between the customer’s point of origin and destination is up to 100 miles. Local moves are charged on an hourly basis.

Need A Quote For A Local Move?

We are happy to provide you with our hourly rate as well as the minimum amount of hours we require; however, per the Public Utility Commission regulations we cannot provide you with an estimated amount of hours for your move over the phone. The “foreman” also known as the crew leader will do a walk through with you prior to the beginning of the move and will provide you with the maximum amount of hours “Guaranteed Not to Exceed” estimates. You will then pay only according to what the move actually took and up to the “Not to exceed”.

Storage Service
At Spartan Van Lines, Inc. we offer safe, secure and climate control storage facilities for our customers.

You can store your items with us for a short period of time while in transit or for many years.
Our storage facilities are designed to accommodate our customers and are not offered as a public storage.
Your items are stored in your own wooden vault so they are never mixed with anyone else’s belongings.
When you are ready, simply give us a call and we will ship your items to their destination.
We offer one month of FREE storage for long distance moves.
