Established in 1998, Southeastern Rigging has proudly provided machinery moving services in Orlando, Tampa, Daytona, Jacksonville, Ocala, South Florida, & beyond.

Southeastern Rigging has handled billions of dollars in machinery and sculptures and has worked with companies ranging from NASA to Sotheby’s to Amazon.

Our founder Dave Thomas Sr. started in the moving industry in 1964 at the age of 16 driving trucks for his family’s Connecticut business and spent the next 40 years moving machinery all over the country. When he started winches, wooden ramps, and snatch blocks were the norm.

He broke off on his own in 1998 with one truck and one forklift. Hard work, world class skills, and a unique personality that involved cigars and a no nonsense attitude helped build Southeastern’s large clientele base.

With over 30,000 square feet of warehouse space, and 2 acres of outdoor space Southeastern Rigging can accommodate to all of your storage needs whether it be for a week or for years.

Conveniently located in the center of Florida, Southeastern’s warehouse is easily accessible from anywhere in the state and is only 20 minutes from Downtown Orlando, 45 minutes from the Space Coast, and less than 90 minutes away from Tampa.

Many financing companies use Southeastern’s services for our ability to coordinate, remove and then store repossessed equipment. When it comes time to take your item out of storage, local, national, and international deliveries are never a problem.

TRUCKING
We specialize in local & nationwide transportation.

Through our partners we can ship everything from a single pallet to an entire production plant.

Overweight and/or oversize is never a problem.
