Sodey Trucking was founded in 2009. Being in business for almost 11 years we have shown incredible expansion in our client’s satisfaction and our services. Sukhvinder Singh grew up in Italy and moved to Canada in 2008 Always infatuated with the transportation industry. He began his career in general freight and tankers but soon developed a passion for flat deck and van operations. Expertise in daily operations and people management, Sukhvinder never loses sight of the customer or the end goal, to safely on-time deliveries every year.

We can do it all together in transportation which includes vans, flatbed, superb, Roll tite trailers, quads, and maxi. We do all Canada-wide and cross-border shipments. Our business location in Edmonton, AB and has an additional terminal in Kitchener ON.

EQUIPMENT
Our equipment consists of DryVan, Flat decks, Step decks, Superb, Roll tite trailers, Quad axles, and Maxi’s. It includes both 48 ft and 53 ft sizes in all types of equipment.
FTL/LTL
Sodey trucking Ltd. provides full truck load and less than load services to our customer moving freight to multiple locations in the region.
TRACKING
Our fleet is fully equipped with Samsara which provides you live location of the truck.
Our team works 24×7 & will ensure on-time pickup and deliveries every time.
Will my estimate be based on the weight of my shipment?
If you are receiving a non-binding estimate, the charges that your mover assesses on your
shipment must be based on the actual weight of the shipment. Your mover may not lawfully
assess transportation charges on shipments with non-binding estimates on cubic feet, volume,
time (hourly) or on any basis other than weight. Also, the federal regulations require that
shipment weights must be determined on a state certified scale with a copy of the weigh
master’s tickets provided to you in support of the final invoice.
When is the best time to move?
The busiest times for moving companies are typically during the summer months, May-September.
If you are planning a move during that time you should make arrangements early.
Friday and Saturdays are big moving days so if you have flexibility in your schedule it can
be easier to get a date during the week rather than a weekend.
