THE SCHROEDER STORY

Founded in 1917 as Steinhauer Transfer Co., In 1948, Harold E. Schroeder purchased this small Midwestern transfer and storage company. Schroeder that year also joined United Van Lines and is considered as one of the very first members of United Van Lines. United Van Lines is today America’s #1 Corporate Mover. As a stakeholder and longtime agent for United Van Lines in recent years Schroeder Moving Systems made several acquisitions becoming one of Wisconsin’s largest movers.
