Our Owner
Neil Bindelglass knows organization! As a professional archivist, librarian, organizer and home stager, he knows how to deal with stuff and how to get the job done! Beginning in the early 90’s, he worked as a music archivist at the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts. Not enjoying how slowly things worked in the public sector, he moved on to a corporate research position. Corporations are places where things get done. And quickly. Never one to let the grass grow under his feet, Neil thrived and grew. When the opportunity to move to upstate New York and start his own business presented itself, he just couldn’t resist. Becoming a professional organizer was something he had been training for his entire life. Professional home staging and Senior Move Management were the natural evolution of being an organizer, and Neil and his staff have helped hundreds of clients downsize with ease!

Sorting and Downsizing
Whether you’ve been in your current home for four or forty years,

we can help you sort through your belongings and make decisions

as to what to keep, what to give away, and what to sell.

Packing, Unpacking, and Settling In
We can manage your move from the initial consultation with a reputable mover to move day. We’ll be there when the movers arrive, and we will accept delivery of your belongings to your new home. We can even unpack, make your bed and hang your pictures!

Home Staging
With more than fifteen years experience staging homes, we can help you

sell your home faster and for more money. And with a large inventory

of furniture, we can provide beautiful furnishings for vacant homes.

Estate Sales and Cleanouts
We can also stage an estate sale to sell any items that you are not

taking with you. With our experience, we can get you top dollar for

your antiques, furnishings and more. With a robust mailing list

of estate sale “junkies,” we can guarantee heavy traffic (and heavy

sales) on the day. After the sale, we can donate unsold items and

get you a tax write-off to boot!
