Rowe Trucking LLC is a family-owned and Detroit-based trucking company that is committed to safely and efficiently hauling heavy construction materials throughout southeast Michigan. For more than 50 years, Rowe Trucking has upheld its commitment to provide exceptional customer service.

We provide a range of hauling services for heavy construction materials, asphalt, topsoil, concrete and other materials. We offer reliable, punctual delivery for a variety of aggregate hauling needs, and we have dependable and experienced drivers and a network of long-term industry relationships.

Rowe Trucking’s vehicle fleet includes quad and tri-axle dump trucks, dump trucks with asphalt shoot, and a vast network of owner operators to haul asphalt, dirt, sand, gravel, and other aggregate materials. Our strategic mapping ensures economic on-time transport and delivery for construction, excavation, and demolition projects.

Rowe Trucking LLC is the brainchild of Rhonda Rowe, who gained trucking industry experience from the Arthur L. Rowe Trucking company founded by her father, Arthur Rowe, in 1967, during a time when Black owner operators comprised just seven percent of all truckers in the United States, according to Census data.

For 40 years, Arthur successfully ran his trucking business in Detroit. Following a brief retirement from the business, Rhonda had the idea to revive, reinvent and join the family business as its chief executive officer. The new Rowe Trucking LLC also provided Rhonda the opportunity to play an active role in the revitalization of her hometown of Detroit—the city she loves—and build on her father’s legacy.
