About
Our business is built on service.
For our customers, for each other, for our communities.
Rosenau Transport is positive and passionate about the transportation industry; and we embrace change, improvement, and innovation. We believe in exceptional and friendly service to our customers and team members. Rosenau is committed to our mission and values which we strive to meet everyday.
Our Mission
At Rosenau Transport, the customer is always first. Every shipping or logistics problem is treated with the same urgency, because being on time and performing above expectations is what our customers deserve. Safety, quality, and reliability; these aren’t just buzzwords to us, they’re what we deliver every day.
Our Values
Simplicity
We keep everything easy for our customers, we handle the complex logistics behind the scenes so you don’t have to worry about the details. All you’ll see is impeccable service and your freight delivered on time.
Confidence
Our confidence comes from owning one of Western Canada’s largest transportation networks and having professional, expert employees that can execute any customer request. When we say we can do it, we mean it.
Trustworthiness
We’ll earn your trust by doing the job right, every single time. Your freight is always safe with Rosenau Transport and we have the safety certifications to give our customers confidence.
Dependability
We know our customers depend on us to get freight to its destination on time, every time they book with us. We make sure that everything happens by the date we say it will, even if it’s hot shot same day service.
Our Company Culture
We believe everyone at Rosenau is accountable to serve our customers.
We don’t give our customers excuses.
We deliver more than freight, we deliver on a promise.
We aim to give our employees the resources and autonomy to give customers excellent service.
We believe in long-term partnerships with our customers.
Our Commitment to Social Responsibility
We believe in giving back to charity and volunteering.
While we work with many charities both as volunteers and as donors, there are two organizations that we work with. These are the Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute in Edmonton and the 18 Wheels of Christmas. The goal of our 18 Wheels of Christmas program is to stock food banks across Western Canada for the holidays. Follow 18 Wheels of Christmas on Facebook to find out more.
We believe in service to the communities where we live and work.
Rosenau believes in forming long-lasting relationships with the organizations and people we perform shipping services for, and Rosenau’s employees are empowered to make decisions and deliver on promises for the customers who we serve on a daily or weekly basis.
Our Commitment to Safety
One of Rosenau Transport’s company goals is to be known as the safest transport company in Western Canada, and we work extremely hard to maintain the highest safety standards.
In addition to codified health and safety practices and adherence to all federal and provincial regulations, we have a mandatory onboarding program for all drivers to make sure they have the required training and evaluation before they are allowed to haul their first trip.
Along with our onboarding program, we are also an early adopter of electronic logging systems to track safe driving behaviour. We also have dashboard cameras to record driving behaviour installed in all vehicles designed for highway travel. Rosenau Transport ensures the safety of our transportation services through:
Mandatory training and evaluation for new drivers.
Dashcams installed in all highway operating vehicles.
Comprehensive company health and safety policy.

Less Than Truckload (LTL) Freight
Our overnight Less Than Truckload (LTL) network between most of our Western Canadian terminals provides the same reliable service if you have one skid or ten. We also provide same-day delivery in some of our service areas. We have a range of trailers to fit any requirement and we own our own terminals across four provinces so we can offer efficient, local service. Our fleet consists of 53′, 48′, and 28′ tandem & tri axles with heated service options available.
Full Truckload (FTL) Freight
Our experts will make sure your full truckload (FTL) shipment goes smoothly from the initial quote to delivery. A full truckload is a single origin or destination shipment which is either over 9999 lbs. or has a high enough dimensional capacity to qualify. Don’t worry – we’ll help you figure it out.
Flat Deck/Flatbed Service
If you are transporting industrial or agricultural machinery, equipment, or anything else that won’t fit in an enclosed trailer, we offer flatdeck service. Our deck fleet consists of 53′, 48′ & 28′ highboy tandem & tri axles, and 53′ step decks. Our well-trained drivers will help you secure your freight and get it to where it needs to go safely.
Small Parcel
Our small parcel service is a fast, affordable way to get packages delivered in Western Canada and a great alternative when more speed or care is required. We offer small parcel delivery to smaller communities all over Western Canada, and in some cases are the only shipping company which services these areas.
Warehousing
We offer over 1,000,000 square feet of warehouse space across Western Canada through our independent warehousing division, Acropolis Warehousing. Acropolis is Canada’s largest Agrichemical Warehousing Standards Association (AWSA) certified public warehousing company.
Logistics & Supply Chain
Logistics and supply chain problems cost money and can have a significant impact on businesses. Sometimes it’s something obvious like not having the right equipment on a remote job site, and other times it is less obvious, such as an inefficient supply chain with multiple pieces of freight being shipped at premium rush rates. All it takes to solve these challenges are the experts from Rosenau Transport.
We have unique transportation solutions for a complicated world. Having a large network of owned terminals and equipment means that we have the capacity to warehouse, ship, and troubleshoot your supply chain challenges. We can save you money on frequent rush shipments by warehousing inventory instead or pick up multiple shipments in one run for regular deliveries. Contact us today to find out how we can help your business run more efficiently.

Essential Service
Rosenau Transport Essential Service is a premium service developed to meet the needs of our customers who have expedited, time and date specific pick-ups and delivery needs. We offer specialized, direct drive service for your freight.
On the day of the move you need to be present. There is paperwork to sign and you need to
show the movers exactly what is being moved. After the movers have loaded the truck you will
be ask to do a walk through. That is the time to point out anything that may have been missed
once the truck drives away they are done.
At the unload they will place boxes in rooms based on the rooms written on the boxes
(ie., bedroom, kitchen, garage). Furniture will be placed in the location you specify.
It is helpful if you already have a basic idea where you want furniture placed.
If the movers have to keep rearranging and switching furniture around it will take longer
and you are paying hourly.
You want to make sure animals are in their cat/dog carrier prior to the movers arriving.
Animals are curious and can get underfoot. If your dog isn’t good around strangers please
have them tied up or in their carrier. The moving company cannot transport any live animal
no dogs, cats, fish or reptiles are allowed in the truck.
