Backed by more than 2,500 trucks across 95 locations, 5 million sq/ft of transload space, and access to over 75 Million square feet of warehousing, distribution, and additional transloading space, RoadOne has the scale and resources to become your Single Source Solution, or “S3”. But it’s not just our coast-to-coast coverage that sets us apart. We can deliver—today—the solutions that physically and technologically connect our shippers’ goods to and from ports, railroad terminals and company locations needed to get the job done.
Drayage
There’s no company that is more experienced at international and domestic intermodal trucking than RoadOne. Not only do we serve all major ports and rail heads in the United States as a custom bonded carrier, but our drivers are all TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credentials) Certified to help eliminate any unnecessary service disruptions. Plus, we have over 2,000 trucks at 75 terminals around the country that are C-TPAT/CSA/FAST Certified to ensure seamless passage at international border crossings.
Dedicated Fleets
RoadOne’s fastest growing business unit is its dedicated fleet division. RoadOne puts on new, clean trucks that serve as an extension of your logistics department, running 24/7 through slip seating drivers.
Our dedicated fleets offer the very best in visibility and transparency. RoadOne provides all dedicated customers with an open book costing model, and unprecedented KPI monitoring. For longer term dedicated deals, RoadOne even offers the ability to brand the fleet with your own logos, colors, and decals.
Warehousing
Your shipments are in good hands. Of course, your supply chain involves a lot more than just getting products from origin to destination. That’s why we offer industry-leading transloading, warehousing, and distribution services in addition to our transportation solutions. A key component of our industry-leading Port-to-Floor™ solutions is that our teams operate in all major U.S. markets with over 100 locations in all major municipalities.
With these fully integrated solutions, we help reduce the number of shipping and logistics providers in your supply chain by loading, unloading and managing containerized freight, and handling affiliated services.
When shipping goods, it’s always important to minimize movement. Pack crates or boxes as full
as possible, with heavier items on the bottom. If the crate is not filled, use packing material
to plug the empty spaces.
Freight service providers offer tracking services online to access a shipment’s status 24/7
from your computer or mobile device. You can track a shipment with a BOL number, but you can often
access the shipment’s location with the pro number, PO number, shipment reference number and shipment
number as well.
