RJ’s Movers

Started in 1969, my father Robert James Millar began doing local store deliveries. Within 6 months, some of these delivery clients inquired about RJ’s doing their moves.

In 1970, he purchased his first full sized moving truck. He wanted to provide London with an honest, dependable moving company that was unparalleled to other local movers.

In 1974, he married Janet. My mother has had a dedicated role in managing the office, and works hands on with residential packing. I entered into the business in the early 90’s and my wife, Katharine, joined the business in 2005. Our dedication and passion remains the same as my parents, and customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Now, as we’ve passed our 50th year moving, we have maintained a high quality level of service by remaining a smaller, independent firm. It allows us to personally connect with all our customers, and oversee all of the daily operations.
