Regency Transportation and Regency Warehousing & Distribution have been providing safe, professional, and affordable logistics solutions for 35 years. Starting with one tractor Rick Giroux borrowed a trailer and opened for business in 1985. Since then his vision and determination have led Regency to a fleet of 150 tractors, 700 trailers, and 400,000 square feet of warehousing space in four locations.

Today Regency remains a privately held, family business and continues on a steady growth path. Rick is the head of the company, his brother Paul serves as Vice President, and his sons Brian and Kevin, who have grown up in the business, play key roles in transportation operations. Regency is proud to be an independent carrier with the flexibility to provide service solutions designed to meet the demanding needs of their many customers

The past few years have seen the company make major investments in state-of-the-art trucking equipment and technology for the safety and comfort of drivers, to help protect our environment, and to provide first-class customer service and response – all designed to position Regency for a very bright future.
