I want to first thank you for visiting our website. We are very thankful to all potential customers and take our service quality very seriously. We are improving and growing to where almost 50% of our business is from referrals or repeat customers. I continue to focus on the customer experience because that is #1 at Quick and Careful Moving. Without our volume of referrals we wouldn’t be anywhere near where were are today as an organization. I believe businesses that don’t recognize their loyal customers and value have their priorities mixed up. Because this leads to focus on the customer experience and work backwards rather than focusing on the products and services then trying to figure out how to sell them.
