Move it all from Point A to Point B
Our well kept and regularly maintained fleet of moving trucks can accommodate the entire contents of an apartment or small house. If everything is packed and ready to be moved when our moving crew arrives, the moving process takes a few hours to load, drive to location, then unload the contents into all of the dedicated rooms. The whole move can be completed within a day, if the customer is moving locally and has prepared their contents prior to our moving crew arriving.
We plan the organization of the moving truck packing, to fit all or as much into the truck load to minimize trips between places. The sorting of rooms or areas of a home happens with labels and stickers, so those boxes or furniture can be unloaded to the correct rooms of the home upon arrival.
To show the high level of care for your belongings; the use of moving blankets, room labels, straps, proper load stacking, and stickers to mark fragile items are utilized. All items are handled as if they were our own precious cargo, and we take care to secure all loads prior to leaving the residence.
Provide a Stress-Free Residential Moving Process
Our moving trucks are the perfect size to fit into street parking in a typical parking space, whether it is downtown or an urban community. They are stocked with utility dollies, furniture dollies, straps, blankets, queen and king sized mattress covers, and wardrobe boxes for clothes.
Life gets busy and hectic with full time jobs, shift work or other situations that may cause a moving process to feel stressful or too much work to accomplish in a short time. Sometimes move out/move in deadlines can happen on the same day, or a personal situation causes you to feel rushed or anxious about the moving process. Our dedicated crews are available to assist you with packing, moving and unpacking to help create an easy and stress-free moving process.
Feel free to package all of your contents yourself, or leave the chore to our moving crew. With our hourly rate, we provide both packing and unpacking services as well as disassembly or re-assembly of furniture such as beds, tables, and desks. If you require any packing supplies such as boxes, tape or bins to package all of your belongings, we can supply those to you at an additional charge and they must be requested during the booking process.
To protect your home and possessions, we provide moving blankets, tv boxes to safely move tv’s, covers for floors, covers for the floors and covers for the stairs. We are careful and do our best during every move to ensure that there are no damages incurred at your locations. If any damages do occur to the furniture, floors, stairs, or walls that is due to our negligence; they will be fixed and repaired by Numidia Movers. In case there is a risk or danger of damaged items, the customer will sign a waiver form prior to the move. More details can be found in our moving agreement.

If you are moving to a different state, the charges will be based on the weight of your
shipment and mileage—these are referred to as the transportation charges.
There are a variety of different moving charges that can potentially appear on your estimate,
so be sure to ask your relocation specialist to explain each charge for you.
Some additional charges that may appear include packing, crating, valuation or coverage,
bulky article charge (for oversized items), and extra labor. Again, please be certain you
fully understand these charges so that you can accurately compare the estimates you receive.
All movers are required to prepare an order for service before they transport your shipment.
The order for service provides you with written confirmation of the moving services that you
requested to be performed in conjunction with your shipment. It also lists the agreed upon
dates for the pickup and delivery of your shipment and amount of valuation that you requested,
along with any special services that you ordered.
It also features a place and telephone number where the mover can contact you during the move.
Additionally, the order for service shows the charges that you will be assessed for your
household move or corporate relocation. If you are moving under a non-binding estimate,
the order for service will indicate the amount of the estimated non-binding charges,
the method of payment for the charges and, in cases where the actual charges exceed the
non-binding estimate, the maximum amount that you are required to pay at the time of delivery
in order to obtain possession of your shipment (you will have 30 days following delivery to
pay the balance of the charges due). If you are moving under a binding estimate,
the order for service will show the charges that you will be required to pay at delivery,
based on the binding estimate and the terms of payment. You and your mover must sign the
order for service.
