Our President, Kelvin Monzon, grew up in and around trucks, and it is rumored that he was driving trucks before he was 10 years old. Our President’s vision and goal is to make Monzon & Son Enterprises armed and able to serve every, and any customer’s construction trucking needs. Which is where our motto, “We TRUCK IT All™,” comes from. We Truck it All, is our company motto. We do so with a variety late model, well-maintained company owned trucks (All PORT Compliant) and trailers. Aside from our company trucks we also have Owner-Operators that pull our trailers on a daily basis, and whenever there is a higher demand of trucks we have a network of independent truckers that come and help on our jobs. We currently own and operate: 30 Bottom Dumps, 10 End Dumps, 10 Super-10’s, 10 Flat Beds, Lowbeds and a Tow Truck. Monzon & Son Enterprises believes strongly in sustainability and growth, and with that we strive to stay involved in the industry. We are an active member of the Western States Trucking Association, where our President is the Chapter Chairman for the South-East Los Angeles area and Treasurer of the Association.
BOTTOM DUMPS
Los Angeles, California
If you are looking for a cost effective way of transporting dirt and aggregates, we have solutions for you. The fastest and most cost effective way is using our fleet of bottom dumps. We currently own 30 of them and plan of growing that number in the near future. Our bottoms average 14 CY or 25 tons of payload. We are one of the few bottom dump fleets to hold a DBE Certification.
We deal direct with decision makers who need efficient, 24 hour service with the best customer service. Our Bottom Dump trucks are always maintained mechanically and provide reliable functionality on site. Our commitment to our customers is efficiency all round.
END DUMPS
Los Angeles, California
Are you looking for end dumps for your project with more payload?
Are you looking for an End Dumps Truck Broker?
At Monzon and Son Enterprises we pride ourselves on our fleet of end dumps. Our end dump fleet consists of 15 very reliable End Dump trailers all of which can carry up to the legal limit of 80,000 GVW. We also have 3 end dump highsides.
What does this mean for End Dumps?
It means that while most of our competitors have 30-32 FT trailers (and can only legal 75,000 GVW), we have all 34-38 ft trailers. This means more payload, and the larger the payload, the larger the savings. Our End Dumps average 23 tons and 12 CY of payload.
FLATBED TRUCKS
If you are looking to transport construction material using a Flatbed truck, you have come to the right place. Our Flatbed fleet totals 12 trailers which consist of regular flatbeds, stretch trailers and step deck trailers. We haul mostly for the construction industry, specializing in k-rail, steel, precast, and over dimensional loads, but are willing to accommodate any customer’s needs.
Our promise to you is well maintained vehicles and dedicated drivers who will be on site to do a pick up and delivery within the time frame requested. We welcome the construction sector but also trucking companies that do not have a Flatbed fleet and want us to partner up with them.
If you are receiving a non-binding estimate, the charges that your mover assesses on your
shipment must be based on the actual weight of the shipment. Your mover may not lawfully
assess transportation charges on shipments with non-binding estimates on cubic feet, volume,
time (hourly) or on any basis other than weight. Also, the federal regulations require that
shipment weights must be determined on a state certified scale with a copy of the weigh
master’s tickets provided to you in support of the final invoice.
The busiest times for moving companies are typically during the summer months, May-September.
If you are planning a move during that time you should make arrangements early.
Friday and Saturdays are big moving days so if you have flexibility in your schedule it can
be easier to get a date during the week rather than a weekend.
