HISTORY
Miller the Mover is a family-based business that initiated operations in Thompson in 1973. After 40 years Miller the Mover is part of the fabric of the local community. Miller the Mover and President John Mellof have excellent reputations within the moving industry. The original owner, Lyle Miller, started small and grew the Company to where it is today. When Lyle was planning his retirement it was a natural choice for him to hand the Company he had worked in for so many years to John Mellof. John and Lyle had worked closely together for many years coordinating work between Miller the Mover in Thompson and King’s Transfer in Winnipeg (John’s original Company). The two locations compliment each other perfectly in strengthening services available to our customers moving North or South.
