Kastl Express is a moving company that offers so much more! Packing and Crating services. We move Piano’s, Hot tubs, Clocks, Billiard tables, and Appliance installation! We are proud to be members of the Tri-Cities regional Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau.
We have over 20 year’s of experience in moving and relocation. We know that having a moving plan is essential. We meet at your table to understand your needs, then we write a plan. This is our free estimate to you!
MOVING

Preparation and protection. This is how we start a move. We pad wrap all furniture to insure safe travels. We pad and protect your entryway doors and floors. We want to protect it all. So when we leave you can smile and enjoy your new home.
PACKING

The packing starter kit is to get you started! Some customers prefer to pack themselves and some don’t. We can pack your glassware, lamps, pictures, books and more. Anything to everything. Safety and security for your goods is our responsibility.

Appliances are very much a part of your household. So let us schedule appliance services for your move. Have your appliances disconnected and reconnected. Some refrigerators require doors to be removed. We do that too! Another way to make moving just a little easier.

When is the best time to move?
The busiest times for moving companies are typically during the summer months, May-September.
If you are planning a move during that time you should make arrangements early.
Friday and Saturdays are big moving days so if you have flexibility in your schedule it can
be easier to get a date during the week rather than a weekend.
Do I need to be home during the move?
On the day of the move you need to be present. There is paperwork to sign and you need to
show the movers exactly what is being moved. After the movers have loaded the truck you will
be ask to do a walk through. That is the time to point out anything that may have been missed
once the truck drives away they are done.
At the unload they will place boxes in rooms based on the rooms written on the boxes
(ie., bedroom, kitchen, garage). Furniture will be placed in the location you specify.
It is helpful if you already have a basic idea where you want furniture placed.
If the movers have to keep rearranging and switching furniture around it will take longer
and you are paying hourly.
