Sizes advertised for rent are approximate only; units or spaces at the property may differ slightly in shape and/or size. Customers should inspect the actual unit/space to be rented before signing a rental agreement and should base the decision to rent on the inspection of the unit/space and not on the advertised size. Rental amounts for a particular unit/space are not based on square footage measurements.
My move date changed. What should I do?
Contact your move coordinator as soon as you can if your move dates have changed.
He/she can process any changes to your plan and discuss updates; keep in mind your estimate
may change depending on the dates you selected.
How long in advance should I contact movers?
This is one of the most frequently asked moving questions. Often you don’t know when exactly
you will move and thus you can’t schedule your move in advance. It is best though if you can
start contacting movers at least a month in advance. The earlier the better because then you
will have the time to research the moving companies and schedule your move for the desired
day.
