Why Hill Records Management?
Hill Records Management is a full-service records management center. Every organization must keep records to fulfill legal, regulatory, and fiduciary responsibilities. We offer active or passive storage, retrieval, and document destruction.

Safe and secure storage. Your important records remain safe from any natural disaster, vandalism or even theft.
Inventory Control. Your company will be set up with an indexed listing making your documents easy to find and readily accessible.
Destruction or shredding.
Pick-Up, Delivery, Fax usually within two hours (if on a rush basis).
Will-call facilities. Fax us a list of files, we will pull them and have them ready for you to pick up.
Confidentiality. You control the access to your records. If an employee does not have authorization, they are denied access.
