Hanover Transfer & Storage, founded in 1934, is a full-service moving and storage company with deep ties to the Upper Valley Region. We are proud of our strong relationships with the local chambers of commerce including the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce, which recognized us in 2011 as being “a cornerstone of the Hanover business community”.

Our company has earned a reputation for renowned service under the guidance of the four previous owners and continues to employ many long-term professionals, many with over 20 years of industry experience. This year marks Hanover Transfer’s 84th year of service, and the owner, Nate Hewes, couldn’t be more excited about the future. Nate, who also owns Chase the Mover in Claremont, NH, got his start in the industry moving pianos under contract with Steinway & Sons.

Hanover Transfer & Storage offers full-service moves locally or over long distances. Further, because we are an Agent for North American Van Lines we can even coordinate international moves.

We understand that every move is unique, and so each move begins with a consultation and a free on-site estimate. From there, you can take advantage of our packing and crating services, or warehouse storage options.
