Moving Insurance And Valuation
Good Movers is liable for the goods that you ask them to transport. However, there are two different kinds of liability: Full Value Protection and Released Value.

Under Full Value protection, Good Movers is liable for the replacement value of lost or damaged goods in your entire shipment. If any article is lost, destroyed, or damaged while in Good Mover’s custody, Good Movers will, at our discretion, offer to do one of the following:

Repair the item

Replace the item with a similar item

Make a cash settlement for the cost of the repair or the current market replacement value

We use large cartons, aptly named “speed packs”, to quickly and safely move all of your office belongings. Often times, we can save a lot of valuable time by leaving your computers and accessories hooked up so that they can be easily put back together. If we have to perform any disassembly, we make sure to take lots of pictures and mark important pieces with blue painter’s tape so that reassembly is a breeze.

Billing And Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards or cash for local moves. There is a 3% fee for all card transactions. We also accept certified checks or USPS money orders for flat-rate moves. Unfortunately, we can not accept personal checks.
