GM Transport was founded and named after two hard working, eager / driven and determined best friends (Gabriela Romero and Manuel Lua). Both partners born and raised in the outskirts of Los Angeles, in beautiful sunny California. They both came from humble beginnings, raised by very hard working migrant parents.
These two always knew that their calling was far greater than belonging to the 9-5 work force. They both wanted more! They had a dream to start a business. Their thoughts became words and their words became action! With Manuel’s 10+ years of truck driving experience and Gaby’s 19+ years of corporate office experience, they joined forces and created a small successful trucking company. Within their first year of business, they’ve successfully delivered roughly over 900+ vehicles.

GM Transport now proudly calls a 10,000 sq. ft office and warehouse their home.

GM Transport is professional, precise, fair, and fast. We specialize in the transporting of new and pre-owned vehicles from one location to another. We also offer transportation of non-operable vehicles and Freight hauling. Our services also include great customer service, one-on-one phone service with a LIVE person, and frequently up to date ETA’s on your expected deliveries.

Our equipment is up to date, clean and organized. Our truck(s) and hydraulic system is checked frequently for maintenance. We guarantee secured tie downs on our vehicles, all four wheels will be always be firmly strapped. Your Freight will always be properly checked and locked in.
All movers are required to prepare an order for service before they transport your shipment.
The order for service provides you with written confirmation of the moving services that you
requested to be performed in conjunction with your shipment. It also lists the agreed upon
dates for the pickup and delivery of your shipment and amount of valuation that you requested,
along with any special services that you ordered.
It also features a place and telephone number where the mover can contact you during the move.
Additionally, the order for service shows the charges that you will be assessed for your
household move or corporate relocation. If you are moving under a non-binding estimate,
the order for service will indicate the amount of the estimated non-binding charges,
the method of payment for the charges and, in cases where the actual charges exceed the
non-binding estimate, the maximum amount that you are required to pay at the time of delivery
in order to obtain possession of your shipment (you will have 30 days following delivery to
pay the balance of the charges due). If you are moving under a binding estimate,
the order for service will show the charges that you will be required to pay at delivery,
based on the binding estimate and the terms of payment. You and your mover must sign the
order for service.
All loose items must be packed in boxes to prevent loss or damage while moving. It is
recommended that you pack all items and leave the drawers empty.
