Domestic Freight

LTL – Less-than-truckload
Shipping less-than-truckload (LTL) freight is quick and easy with our Activeship-TMS system. You can quote, book and manage LTL shipments of various sizes on a shipment-by-shipment basis, or have your own negotiated tariffs loaded into the system for efficient and cost-effective transport. Activeship-TMS provides end-to-end shipment execution, powered by industry leading transportation management system technology.

Regular LTL shipments weighing less than 10,000 pounds, or less than seven pallet positions, can be quoted, booked and dispatched directly in Activeship-TMS. During transport, you can track your shipment, get copies of shipping documents and review performance via user-defined custom reports, available through the Activeship-TMS customer portal.
Volume LTL shipments weighing more than 10,000 pounds, or more than six pallet positions, can be rated, booked and dispatched directly in Activeship-TMS. Unlike other online freight shipping solutions, we offer instant volume LTL rating and shipping. During transport, you can track your shipments through delivery, get copies of shipping documents and review performance via user-defined custom reports, available through the Activeship-TMS customer portal.
Expedited LTL for shipments that require time definite or guaranteed delivery are managed by our staff of transportation specialists. Simply provide the details of your request in Activeship-TMS, and we handle the rest. We provide fast quotes, expedited pick-up and a variety of tracking and notification services, to keep you apprised of your shipment status throughout delivery. This includes email notification, real-time EDI updates and telephone notifications, if preferred.

Warehousing
From our Company operated warehouse facilities in NJ and CA, as well as from many other partner facilities located throughout the US, we offer dynamic warehousing solutions to meet your storage requirements. Our transportation and warehousing specialists will provide you with solutions that minimize storage and transportation charges, tailored to your industry requirements.

We provide all types of warehouse and distribution solutions from local warehousing to global distribution services, including real-time visibility of inventory, orders and shipments using industry leading warehouse management system technology. Our WMS presents all of this information in customized, web-based systems and reports.

International Shipping
Every international import or export shipment has unique requirements, and we can manage the transport process from start to finish. We specialize in door-to-door solutions to ensure smooth passage. Our global network of international agents includes licensed non-vessel operating common carriers (NVOCC’s), freight forwarders and customs brokers, for efficient door-to-door service between any world ports. Activeship-TMS, our advanced, web-based transportation management system, offers total visibility throughout the import and export process.

Air Freight
As a full-service air freight forwarder licensed by the International Air Transport Association (IATA), we offer international air cargo service, door-to-door. We coordinate the air leg of movements through a network of quality motor carriers. Charter air service is available, if required.

Ocean Freight
We handle full container load or break-bulk movements anywhere in the world. We also: consolidate shipments, determine routing, select ocean carriers, contract for ocean shipments, provide for local pickup and delivery of shipments and arrange for customs clearance.
