Frost the Mover operates from owned facilities at 143 Russell Street in Kingston and 87 Wallbridge Crescent in Belleville . We have been recognized for our commitment to service and quality since 1905.

Long Distance Moving
Frost the Mover is a member of a network of agents for North American Van Lines which stretches around the globe. With the expertise of our local staff and our associates, we can provide the quality move you deserve.

The moving process begins with the estimate. Since long distance moves are based on weight, our moving consultant will come to your home to determine the weight of your belongings. It is our responsibility to provide an accurate estimate for the cost of any move related service you require.

Local Moves
Where long distance pricing is determined by weight, local moves are typically calculated on an hourly basis. Depending on the work required, we can provide a moving van with two or more workers. You can expect the same quality service on your local move. We can help you reduce the cost of your local move by advising on how best to prepare for moving day. Move readiness is the key to a successful move.

Office & Commercial Moving
Frost the Mover has worked with local businesses and industry for specialized relocations of offices and equipment since 1905. Clients can request large crews and multiple trucks to reduce downtime when completing commercial moves. Frost the Mover will supply all necessary packing materials for office moves,and can often provide containers for files. The staff at Frost the Mover is experienced in moving workstations, computer systems, and office equipment. At Frost, we know that downtime is lost time and lost time is money.

International Moves

During this time of great change it’s comforting to surround yourself with familiar names and faces from home – like North American International and our worldwide family of agents. Whether you’re moving an entire household or a few belongings, our people and technologies ensure that your belongings arrive on time and in the same condition as you shipped them.

We provide 20’ and 40’ containers, lift vans, crated service or loose load options.

There are three components to an overseas move. These are origin services, ocean freight and destination services. Origin services are packing, wrapping, loading your shipment and delivery to your shipping port. Destination services take care of all charges at destination for delivery to residence, unwrapping and removal of debris.

Storage
Sometimes storage is required and it becomes an integral part of the relocation process. When the need arises we’re here to help.

We offer short term and long term storage in our government approved warehouse facility. Our warehouse is alarm protected and monitored around the clock by a security company. Our fenced compound ensures our moving equipment and warehouse are kept safe.

Furniture is enclosed in specially built large wooden, stackable crates called hard pallets. Sofas and other large upholstered furniture pieces are stored in covered containers on sofa racks.

Cross-Border
