Family First Moving is a local family-owned business with a commitment to providing our customers with a professional, smooth relocation. We understand that moving is a very stressful time, and we do all we can to make the transition easier. Our rates are below most competitor prices, and we provide additional services, such as packing and selling boxes for the convenience of our customers. We strive to be careful and courteous at all times. We are members of the Stow-Munroe Falls Chamber of Commerce and have an excellent rating on Angie’s List! Our motto is “where quality service is still important!”

All of our employees must follow strict guidelines and work ethics. We only hire those individuals that exhibit good moral character, prove to be responsible, and work diligently. We pay our employees well to recruit high-quality individuals. Family First Moving does not tolerate profanity, rudeness, or dishonesty. We, as the owners of Family First Moving, hold ourselves to these standards and expect our employees to follow. We will go above and beyond to make our customers feel comfortable with us in their home and handling their personal belongings. Our reputation that we have established over the years is very important to us, and we strive to keep up those high standards.

Packing Services
Take more stress out of your move by having us do some or all of your packing. You can supply the boxes and other necessities, or you can buy ours. Wardrobe boxes hold a standard size closet with room at the bottom for shoes, linens, etc. These are the only size boxes that we can “rent.” We can arrange for delivery of the boxes ahead of time.

The hourly-rate for packing is $115/hour for a two-person pack team (starting from when we leave our office until we return). We pack boxes securely and professionally to keep your personal property safe. We treat your belongings as we would treat our own.

Loading-Unloading Services
Although we do not do moves out of state, we do offer a load or unload service of your rental truck. The hourly rate is $115/hour for a two-man crew (from the time we leave our office until the time we return). Often, this is the most economical way to move long distances. If you have someone reliable that can drive a moving truck, we can supply the manpower. Why pay a high hourly rate for workers to just sit in the truck? Our movers are professional, and we do not use any temporary help.
