Alexe, the owner and president of Exela Movers, is no stranger to moving himself. He was born and raised in Cugir, a small town at the heart of Romania.

In due course, he packed his bags and moved three hours north to Cluj-Napoca where he studied Business Management at Babes-Bolyai University. After graduating with his Master’s Degree, he traveled and trained in large cities of his own country and, eventually, around the European continent. Since then, he has made his biggest move to Boston, Massachusetts, where he has now settled.

Having made multiple moves himself, Alexe understands why a smooth move is important, whether the move is down the street or across state borders. He knows moving altogether can be overwhelming from having to pack what feels like hundreds of boxes to saying “la revedere” to loved ones or special spaces. He also knows, however, it does not have to be “overwhelming” as most believe.

Alexe’s years of experience in the moving industry have equipped him with the skills and compassion to serve the residents and businesses of New England, for both local and long-distance needs. Alexe’s main priority as the owner and president of Exela Movers is to, as he says, “[work] hard for [his] customers,” providing seamless moves for those moving their lives, just as he has moved his.

Founded in 2015 and based in Boston, Exela Movers has completed thousands of Local Moves. We come prepared for the challenges associated with moving in Boston and around New England. Planning a move Out of State? If you’re feeling overwhelmed, we don’t blame you! Resist the urge to delegate your planning to a Move Manager/ Move Concierge or Broker. Exela is at your service to work out the details with you and plan a move on your terms!

Exela Movers offers Short-Term or Long-Term storage options in a climate-controlled facility with 24 hour video surveillance and an automatic fire suppression system.

Additionally, we offer affordable overnight Storage-on-the-Truck solutions when next day delivery is necessary. The truck remains locked and stationary in our monitored parking lot.
