Management Team

Jim Connolly, President, has over 25 years of experience in the moving business as a mover, estimator, and owner.

Jim Goode, VP and general manager, is a second generation mover who began working on the trucks in high school. He has been working full time in the industry since 1975 as an estimator, operations manager and owner.

Bryan Muscato, Sales manager, has been with E&B since 1996, and sets the standard for estimating accuracy and attention to the details of moving.

Rebecca Sanborn, Move co-coordinator, has been with E&B since 2003. In addition to scheduling your initial estimate, Rebecca is your go to person for answers to your questions at any point during your move. After your move, you will again hear from Rebecca when she makes her follow-up call to ask for your evaluation of our service.

After each move, our clients receive a brief telephone call from our Move Coordinator who performs a post-move evaluation survey. This survey asks you to comment on your level of satisfaction with each phase of our performance. The estimator, the packing crew, the movie crew, the office personnel are all evaluated. And do not make the mistake of thinking this is a mere formality: raises and bonuses are contingent on maintaining outstanding scores.
