Family 1st Moving and Cleaning has been in business for three years, and in that time, we’ve seen firsthand the need for a moving concierge service that can help clients downsize, purge, organize, and prepare for their move.
Packing without purging can be overwhelming and wasteful, and packing incorrectly can lead to broken items. That’s why Divine Connections offers a full range of moving concierge services to help you move stress-free.
If so, you’re not alone. Millions of people struggle with messy and cluttered homes.
But there’s good news: we can help! We specialize in downsizing and organization services, and we can help you to get your home clean, organized, and clutter-free.
We’ll start by working with you to assess your needs and goals. Then, we’ll develop a customized plan to help you declutter your home, organize your belongings, and create a more functional and livable space.
We can also help you to downsize your belongings, whether you’re moving to a smaller home or simply want to simplify your life. We’ll work with you to sort through your belongings and decide what to keep, donate, or sell.
We know that downsizing and organization can be a daunting task, but we’re here to help you every step of the way. We’re committed to helping you create a home that you love.
Divine Connections is here to relieve your stress and make your move as smooth as possible.
We take extra precautions to protect your belongings, including padding and shrink wrapping each piece of furniture, protecting your floors and door frames, and stacking items safely and correctly.
We are respectful of your time and work quickly and efficiently. We also offer disassembly and reassembly of beds and furniture, and provide a dedicated moving manager for any concerns or questions you have during the process.
Our services are convenient and comprehensive. We offer packing/unpacking, junk removal, move out/in cleaning, and packing supplies. We also have no hidden fees or charges, and offer Senior and Military discounts.
Our movers are licensed, bonded, and insured, so you can rest assured that your belongings are safe and secure.
Long-distance moving is statistically one of the most stressful events in life, and it can be even more burdensome when you’re moving out of state. But it doesn’t have to be.
We have a dedicated team of long-distance movers who will take care of everything for you. We’re not brokers, so you can be sure that you’ll be working with members of our own team.
We’re a direct shipment company, which means that your belongings will be the only ones on the truck. Once we’re loaded, we’ll head straight to your destination, and we’ll give you an exact arrival date.
We offer move-out/in cleaning and deep cleaning services for your home. We’ll clean everything from top to bottom, including the kitchen, bathrooms, and all other rooms
Move-out/in cleaning or deep cleaning:
Kitchen: Deep clean, sanitize, and polish the inside and out of the refrigerator, oven, microwave, cabinets, stovetop, countertops, sink, outside of the vent hood, baseboards, and floor.
Bathrooms: Deep clean, sanitize, and polish the shower/bath, sink/mirror, toilet, baseboards, and floor.
All other rooms: Sanitize light switches and doorknobs, window sills, light fixtures, doors, cobwebs, ceiling fans, air vents, baseboards, and vacuum, sweep, and mop the floors.
In all likelihood, you will find that an on-site estimate based on a physical survey
of the items that you plan on moving will be more accurate than an estimate that you
provide to your mover over the telephone or the Internet. So, unless circumstances warrant
(normally due to the time constraints of a short-notice move or because you are only shipping
a few items) think carefully before you elect to waive the required physical survey
of your shipment.
If you are receiving a non-binding estimate, the charges that your mover assesses on your
shipment must be based on the actual weight of the shipment. Your mover may not lawfully
assess transportation charges on shipments with non-binding estimates on cubic feet, volume,
time (hourly) or on any basis other than weight. Also, the federal regulations require that
shipment weights must be determined on a state certified scale with a copy of the weigh
master’s tickets provided to you in support of the final invoice.
