White glove service doesn’t start at delivery or on-site. We believe it begins with learning your business, and developing a logistics framework that best suits your business. This includes the assignment of an account manager so you have a single point of contact for all of your day-to-day needs. From pickup and delivery, through to billing.
Our client partners deserve white glove service at every level of the logistics spectrum, and that’s why we actually inspect every item we receive, and take a digital image of any items we find damaged or with slight manufacturing imperfections.
Your account manager would immediately notify you about any damaged items received. We understand the importance of immediate corrective action to insure your installation schedule is not interrupted.
Furniture repair offered at our warehouse or on-site.
You can actually view your inventory in real-time status via our discreet inventory management system. You don’t have to call for the status of an item, or forward an email to have someone generate a report for you. It’s all at your fingertips!
Design Logistics, Inc. possesses its own fleet of new trucks featuring air-ride suspension, lift-gates, logistics straps, pads/blankets, floor and wall protection, gloves and shoe covers, and tools to insure a safe, clean and professional delivery.
All Design Logistics, Inc. drivers and helpers are given an aptitude test, and are provided ongoing handling and partner service satisfaction training to insure we provide the best transportation and white glove service in the industry.
All of our drivers and their assistants wear a clean Design Logistics, Inc. uniform, and they are inspected before they depart our facility each morning.
Drivers and warehouse personnel account for every item on order tickets and bill-of-lading before your items leave our facility for delivery and installation.
We offer intra-and-interstate transportation and white glove delivery service.
Museum quality hanging of fine art/artwork.
Experienced in hanging window treatments.
Our trucks are equipped with tracking devices that provide us and our client partners with real-time transit status.
When picking up at another warehouse, or from an exhibit, our drivers and assistants take images of all furnishings before they pad wrap and place on truck(s).
Crating, packaging and reverse logistics of existing furnishings/goods is also offered.
We remove all correlating debris and dispose of it properly.

Our secured warehouse in Norcross, GA is strategically located between downtown Atlanta and main transportation arteries leading in-and-out of the southeast. We are also within close proximity to major ocean and inland ports for delivery and unloading of imported goods.
Receiving & Inspection – We receive and actually inspect every item that arrives at our facility, and provide our clients with photo images of any items we find damaged during the inspection process. These images are uploaded to your project item file for immediate view and corrective action. To better accommodate our partners, we offer furniture repair for any items found to be damaged, or for slight manufacturing imperfections.
The status of your inventory is available for you in real-time status. You can easily access your inventory via a discreet I.D. and password, and generate your own reports from your personal inventory database. You don’t have to call us, or send us an email to inquire as to whether or not an item has been received or delivered. Everything is right there at your fingertips.
You can manage your inventory by allocating goods received to room, floor or building specific locations for your project.
To insure the security of your goods, we have installed over 20 cameras throughout the warehouse, and video surveillance is backed up daily. All entry and exit doors are locked and also monitored.
Climate controlled storage space available for temperature sensitive goods.

Design Logistics, Inc. possesses over two decades of luxury home relocation experience serving Atlanta area V.I.P.’s, luxury real estate agents, and interior designers who may be coordinating the delivery and/or relocation of existing furniture along with the delivery of new high value goods.
Discreet site visits for planning and estimating.
Intra-and-Interstate relocation service provided.
Design Logistics, Inc.’s fleet of new equipment is professionally detailed, and all trucks are equipped with lift-gates, logistics straps, pads/blankets, floor and wall coverings, tools, and gloves and shoe covers for drivers.
All Design Logistics, Inc. drivers wear professional company uniforms, and possess extensive luxury home relocation experience, including protocols for engaging client customers.
Pre-relocation/delivery meetings offered. Includes review of expectations, delivery time, traffic patterns for inside placement of furnishings, and overview on hanging of artwork and window treatments.
Experienced in warehousing, crating, delivery and placement of unique or unusual items. Includes vehicles, sculptures, art or other items that might be deemed as different and require very specific handling.
Interim storage offered for clients in transition while home is being constructed or refurbished. Includes vehicle storage.
