CW CARRIERS
We are “The CW Team”, and we live and breathe trucking. Back in 2005, we started the business out of Tampa, FL with a husband and wife driver/dispatch Team, and have grown the fleet year after year. With high hopes and truckloads of passion, we wanted to create a trucking company that would have a legendary reputation defined by service. Our slogan, “Trust by the Truckload” really is a testament to our customer-centric mentality where trust is earned with each on-time delivery.
We are a family-owned company built on loyalty and integrity. Our business has grown thanks to our flexibility to adjust to our clients needs, and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing market. Communication is fundamentally important to our team, and we’re always on the other side of the line 24/7, 365 days a year. We are dedicated to getting to know our clients and their unique business needs, and always strive to exceed their expectations. Year after year, we continue to grow and expand into new territories while providing quality, cost-effective solutions. Technology is fundamental to our success as we adapt to market trends, and stay on the cutting edge to make sure our customers are equipped with all tools available. We have robust reporting capabilities (over 100 customizable reports) that can highlight any KPI’s desired by each customer (cost per pound, average rate paid by state, etc). Also, we are fully EDI capable to streamline the load-tendering process, track n trace, and invoicing.

Items of extraordinary value such as jewelry, money, antiques, and stamp collections
can be included in your shipment, provided that you notify your local moving representative
of these items before packing and moving day. It is strongly recommended that you carry
irreplaceable and expensive articles with you, or make alternate arrangements for their
transport.
In the moving industry, items worth more than $100 per pound are considered to be articles
of "extraordinary value.” To be assured that a claim involving these articles is not limited
to minimal liability, complete and sign your mover's high-value inventory form.
Also, be sure to sign the "Extraordinary Value Article Declaration" box, if applicable, on
your Bill of Lading.
Each mover has a slightly different procedure to follow as it relates to high-value items.
Ask your relocation specialist to provide you with an explanation of their company's process.
This is a confusing (but important) task, so be sure that you clearly understand the rules
prior to load day.
All loose items must be packed in boxes to prevent loss or damage while moving. It is
recommended that you pack all items and leave the drawers empty.
