Moving companies put residential moves into some broader categories
Local moves – Generally, moves that are 50 miles or less, within a state, are considered local moves. But that depends on the state. Coast to Coast Moving and Storage will know your state’s rules and regulations related to moving. You can also check with your state’s Department of Transportation.

INTRAstate moves – Generally, intrastate moves are those greater than 50 miles but within the same state. Again, that rule depends entirely on state law. We work with you to set up a floor plan to help alleviate unwanted stress on move day. We assign a Project Manager to make sure the transition is accomplished in a timely manner from start to finish. We have crews that are experienced in disassembly and reassembly and if needed a 3rd party service that works in conjunction with our crews to get the specialized disconnections and reconnections handled with professionalism. An inventory system is in place throughout your relocation when storage is needed. Logistics, Warehouse Receiving and Tailgate Delivery is an option if you need storage for your commercial property before, during or after your relocation.

Along with moving within the United States, Wheaton World Wide has proudly serviced international moves since 1962. Wheaton was one of the first U.S. van lines to provide household international moving services for customers and that tradition carries forward.

Today, Coast to Coast Moving and Storage partners with some of the world’s largest international moving companies and provides them with professional services for Florida’s largest multinational companies. Our crews have extensive experience working with people of all cultures and are skilled in providing international packing, loading and unloading services.

Storage Services
Many relocation customers haven’t finalized their destination. Some are waiting for homes to be built, some are moving into apartments which can’t accommodate all of their belongings, and some just need extra space.

Between all three of our locations we have a combined 125,000 square feet for storage space. Each warehouse is equipped with fire and heat detection systems, ADT alarm system, and a gated yard with security floodlights that light up the whole property.

Coast to Coast Moving and Storage offers long and short term storage options. Our warehouse can accommodate a variety of storage items: HHG, Corporate, Commercial & Hospitality. Our Inventory System keeps your items clearly labeled and efficient for Receiving and Delivering. Upholstered furniture is shrink wrapped for added protection. Our facility is sanitized and climate controlled with an advanced ventilation system. Your property is accessible with 48 hour notice.
