We are a Pennsylvania based moving company started in 2015 by a team of professional movers that decided to create this moving company after working for about 9 years in this business as owner operators. We realized that with all our experience that we accumulated we may offer our services to the people around the USA in order to eliminate this stress represented by the moving process. After years of experience we finally understand exactly what moving means and what the people that request moving services expect from a moving crew.
Our moving crews are specially trained and qualified for moving baby grand pianos, grand pianos, up rite pianos, pool tables, arcade games, air mattresses, antique furniture and any other house goods. Also we can build any type and dimension wooden crates for all the high value paintings, statues, TV’s. Our moving crews are specially trained and qualified for commercial and office moves, heavy duty equipment, cars and light trucks.

Centurion Movers provide FULL Local Moving services, including PIANOS’s, POOL Tables, Large Seifs and Custom Crating.
From 2018 we opened our new location in Scotch Plains NJ. We take reservations for long distance jobs from NJ too.

Do I need to be home during the move?
On the day of the move you need to be present. There is paperwork to sign and you need to
show the movers exactly what is being moved. After the movers have loaded the truck you will
be ask to do a walk through. That is the time to point out anything that may have been missed
once the truck drives away they are done.
At the unload they will place boxes in rooms based on the rooms written on the boxes
(ie., bedroom, kitchen, garage). Furniture will be placed in the location you specify.
It is helpful if you already have a basic idea where you want furniture placed.
If the movers have to keep rearranging and switching furniture around it will take longer
and you are paying hourly.
How long does it take to move?
This depends on many factors, such as the time of year, weather conditions, size of your
shipment, time required to load and unload, and the direction and distance your shipment
is traveling.
Because the furnishings of the average household will not fill a truck, it is often necessary
for two or more shipments to be loaded on the same truck. Each shipment is carefully
sectioned off from the others.
With the help of computer-assisted dispatching system, pickup and delivery dates
are scheduled according to the origins and destinations of individual shipments on the trucks,
as well as shipment weight.
