The Cape Mini Storage facility has been family owned and operated for over 30 years. It eventually was sold and the property became the location of a marine business.
With the rapid growth of Cape Coral in the 80’s we saw there was a need for more self storage than was available to the residents of southwest Florida so we purchased land for Cape Mini Storage in a prime location in the Cape Coral Industrial Park just south of Viscaya Parkway in central Cape Coral. Initially, two buildings were constructed and the remainder of the land was used for outdoor storage for recreational vehicles and boats. The property remained in this configuration for approximately ten years. Eventually, there was more of a need for self-storage than outside storage so two additional buildings were constructed.
At Cape Mini Storage we provide personal customer service and operate our business with integrity and honesty while striving to keep rates competitive. If you want excellent service, a clean facility, and value, come to Cape Mini Storage. Various sizes of our self-storage units become available often, so please check with us to find the size that fits your needs.
STORAGE UNIT FEATURES
We at Cape Mini Storage strive to offer the lowest prices in Cape Coral. All of our lockers feature drive up accessibility 24/7, 365 days a year.
Cape Mini Storage offers 17 different sized self storage units ranging from closet size to whole house and are 8-10 feet in height. All of our buildings are concrete constructed (including roofs) with heavy duty steel roll-up garage type doors, making them highly weather resistant.
Included with each self storage unit is a high security anti-pick, anti-cut cylinder lock. This is the best type available for self storage units and is superior for security to a hanging lock since it acts as a deadbolt on the door and cannot be cut off.
Our storage units are slightly raised from ground level keeping your stored items safe and dry.
There is plenty of room to stack your stored items with tall 8′ to 10′ ceilings.
There are different kinds of services you can expect from planning your move and packing your
belongings to transportation and unloading the items to your new home.
If you have some special requirements or you need some special services, get in touch with
your mover and discuss all the details.
Local (intrastate) moves are generally based on a per-hour cost for the personnel and
the number of vehicles that the mover provides (up to a certain distance, with longer
distances based on the weight of your shipment and the mileage it is transported) and the
level of liability that the mover will cover in the event of loss or damage is generally
less than would apply for an interstate move.
