Barkley Truck Lines Inc

Millard Barkley Founded what was known as “MM Barkley Drayage” in 1917. The business was started as a drayage business in 1917 with a horse and buggy.

In 1927 the name was changed to Barkley Truck Lines. This was the year that Millard purchased his first truck. His son Marvin Barkley took over the business in 1948.

In 1987 Francis Kick purchased the business.

Barkley Truck Lines, Inc. is located in Watertown, SD and provides moving services for shippers locally, across South Dakota and across the United States.

Our Services

•We will load, transport and deliver your goods, residence to residence, or to our storage warehouse or to a facility of your choice.

•We offer pick up and storage for your goods and re-delivery to your new home.

•Written estimates are encouraged and of no cost to the shipper.

•We offer a full array of packing, crating and unpacking services with each move. We also have moving cartons and supplies available for the shipper to do the packing themselves.

•We are a full service carrier and provide local moves, intrastate moves and interstate moves.
