Over the years, Jay Hill continued to notice that portable storage offered increasing value to those in the Austin, TX area and that it filled a gap that traditional storage units just couldn’t offer. However, portable storage around the nation and especially in Austin, TX is primarily dominated by national chains – some of them not even based here in the USA.

Austin Mobile Storage owner Jay Hill wanted to change that. In 2015, he and his family formed Austin Mobile Storage as a locally owned portable storage company with Texas values at its heart. We strive to serve our community with the most competitive rates available and friendly, helpful customer service that simply can’t be matched by anyone else.
