With over 40 years since we opened our doors, ACI has evolved into a leader within the courier and transportation industry in our 40 state region. Our roots originally established and grew within the Radiopharmaceutical industry, which required extreme precision and very little margin of error for safe and dependable deliveries. This experience has supported our base standards to service other industries while expanding our network to include to 15 strategically placed hubs.

Today, we are certified to handle a broad range of hazardous materials and have a specialized program for the safe and sanitary transport of sterile processed instruments. Also, we serve the white glove medical specialty community with custom services. In addition to life-saving cancer medications, we can deliver pharmaceutical prescriptions and medical devices direct to patient throughout our entire network. Our drive to innovate customized solutions for our e-commerce customers has driven us to develop a suite of services for the final mile logistics industry as well.

Hazmat Logistics and Courier Services

Hazmat logistics is a serious matter, and it takes a serious courier with the expertise and experience necessary to get it right. Associated Couriers, Inc. has provided hazardous materials shipping since launching the largest radiopharmaceutical network in the country in 1980. To this day, we are one of a select group of Hazmat certified shipping couriers to be granted the SP-8308 to allow ground transport of these life-saving medications.

Since 1980, Associated Couriers, Inc. has expanded to assist customers with the challenges of Hazmat material shipping. Our expert couriers are trained in the safe handling of blood, urine, saliva, diagnostic, pathology samples and other potentially infectious materials (OPIM). We can transport samples at ambient temperature, chilled or frozen conditions – whatever meets your requirements.

On Demand Delivery Solutions

On Demand delivery services are available from all of our regional hubs, with same day and next day capabilities at most locations. With our hubs covering 39 states, including 72 airports, ACI staffs over 300 drivers, a corporate fleet of over 125 vans, and an expanded contract driver network to fulfill these delivery needs. With our online customer portal, On Demand orders can be entered for scheduling with dispatch.

At ACI, you can track your On Demand, Same Day and Next Day shipments using our online portal or via our shipment notification emails. ACI’s technology lets you know when the order was received, picked up, and delivered so you can have peace of mind, every time. Our drivers use smart phones to capture Esignatures and photo POD of each shipment so you will know your important, urgent shipment was delivered on time.
