A-1 Moving Co. /Sorensen’s Household and Apartment Movers has been in business since 1992. We are a locally owned and operated moving company. The crew at A-1 Moving is comprised of all full-time, trained, and uniformed moving professionals. We don’t use temporary workers or day laborers. Our fleet consists of 26-foot straight trucks. The trucks are lettered and fully equipped with all the furniture pads, dollies, logistics straps, speed packs, wardrobes, and any other equipment necessary to efficiently and effectively complete your move.

Moving your business can be extremely difficult. Before you commit tomoving an Office or entire Company requires a lot of planning and coordination that needs to take place in order to get you moved and back up to business as quickly as possible to avoid extended down time. With A-1 Moving you will have a move coordinator to walk you through every step of the way.

Our Office Moving Services Include
Free estimates- we can bid your move at an hourly rate or provide a fixed price.
Coordination- we provide labeling, boxes, library carts, speed packs and all other necessary supplies and equipment to organize your move effectively.
Third party services- we work with a variety of companies to assist with cubicle systems, heavy machinery, etc.

Whether you’re looking for short or long term storage, A-1 Moving Co. can accommodate your storage needs. Our climate controlled facility is located in Golden Valley, Minnesota. There’s no need to worry about your belongings stored at A-1 Moving Co. Our warehouse is a secure facility, meaning access is only permitted with supervision. A-1 Moving Co. has containerized storage. The storage containers are 5ft. x 7ft. x 7ft. and include all the furniture pads to protect your belonging. Items that won’t fit in the containers are pad wrapped and stored in our overflow area. Our storage is prorated by the day and there’s no minimum. If your storage is here for 1 day you only pay for 1 day.
