The crew showed up high and damaged a lot of my furniture - lots of scratches and dents, a broken chair leg along with breaking the edge of a glass coffee table. I have tried to contact HRS multiple times (phone and email) and NO response. They banged a headboard into the ceiling and left a dent while Matt watched. I also handed Matt a piece of wood that was broken off a piece of furniture. HORRIBLE MOVE!!! 1/18
