Our story

MY MOVE MADE EASY is a family owned and operated moving company in Frisco, Tx. We are a full service moving and moving supply company. We are a company that believes the customer should not spend alot to receive professional, efficent, and honest moving services. Our business model is based on simplicity and transparency. We have no hidden costs or fees. The rates listed on our services page are the rates you will be charged for the service or services you choose.

Our crews have had years of experience not only in home moving, but also in new furniture and appliance delivery. This makes our crews unique in that they learned early what it means to “handle with care.”

If you want a quick and efficient moving experience, please have all items packed and ready prior to the start of the move. Remember, we charge by time, so to save money, be ready. All furniture items will be wrapped in moving pads and stretch wrap as needed, which is always included in the cost.

Full Service Move – 3 hour minimum

Large enclosed truck or trailer and all moving equipment included. At this time we are a “move only” moving company and do not provide box packing services. If you want a quick and efficient moving experience, please have all items packed and ready prior to the start of the move. All furniture will be protected with moving pads and stretch wrap as needed with no additional fees. The charge per hour includes all services and there are no hidden fees such fuel surcharges.

RATES:

2 man crew

$120 per hour

$30 for every 15 minutes thereafter, rounded to the nearest 15 minutes

3 man crew

$140 per hour

$35 for every 15 minutes thereafter, rounded to the nearest 15 minutes

4 man crew available upon request

$160 per hour

$40 for every 15 minutes thereafter, rounded to the nearest 15 minutes

Labor Only Move – 3 hour minimum

Sometimes you just need a helping hand. We provide labor only services for those that are moving out of the area and need help loading items or for those who are relocating to the area and need help unloading items. 2 men will bring all equipment to safely load or unload your items. If crews are loading for a one way move, we can bring new moving pads which can be purchased from us on the day of the move.

RATES:

2 man crew

$90 per hour loading/unloading

$20 for every 15 minutes thereafter, rounded to the nearest 15 minutes

3 man crew

$100 per hour loading/unloading

$25 per every 15 minutes thereafter, rounded to the nearest 15 minutes

New Heavy Duty Moving Blankets:

$16.00 each (Same blankets utilized by our team)

Apartment Cleaning

The apartment needs to be vacant – if not using our moving services

Having no furniture or inhabitants – if not using our moving services

No Trash

No contractors, movers, or other workers

All Rooms

Bedrooms, Living and Dining Rooms and other Common Living Areas (Cleaned / Dusted)

Wipe window sills and lock ledges

Dust for cobwebs, dust blinds, air vents and return vents

Wipe ceiling fans and light fixtures (reachable with 3 step utility-ladder / otherwise dusted)

Dust or Wipe shelving in built ins and closets

Light switch plates, doors, door knobs cleaned / sanitized

Vacuum all carpeted areas

Mop all hard flooring

Baseboards wet wiped

Door facings and frames wet wiped

Bathroom

Tile cleaned

Wet wipe exterior of light fixtures and fans (reachable with 3 step utility-ladder / otherwise dusted with extendable dusting tool)

Shower stalls cleaned, shower grout scrubbed (walls, floor pan, doors and trim)

Toilets (de-scaling procedure and sanitizer)

Tubs cleaned

Mirrors polished top to bottom

Sinks and vanity tops cleaned

All faucets and fixtures, towel bars, knobs, etc. cleaned and polished

Cabinets and drawers wiped out, cabinet facings cleaned

Kitchen

Clean cabinets, countertops and backsplashes

Clean interior of refrigerator – optional at $50 per refrigerator (should be empty)

Clean interior of oven – (optional at $50 per oven)

Wet wipe exterior of hanging light fixtures and fans (reachable with 3 step utility-ladder / otherwise dusted)

Cabinets and drawers wiped out, cabinet facings cleaned (reachable with a 3 step utility ladder / otherwise dusted with extendable dusting tool)

Interior and exterior of built in microwaves cleaned

Exterior of oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher cleaned

Cooktop cleaned (drip pans will be washed but may need to be replaced by tenant)

Pantry shelving cleaned

Optional Services

Sweep and remove ashes from interior of fireplace $40 (does NOT include washing inside of fireplace)

Clean interior of Refrigerator – $50 per refrigerator

Clean interior of Oven – $50 per Oven

Interior Window Cleaning – $10.00 per window (Over sized windows cost extra – cleaning limited to those reachable with the use of a 3 step utility ladder)

*Things such as weather, stairs, and accessibility could affect the length of each move. We strive to meet or beat our job estimates. Remember we provide loading and unloading services only. You can help by having everything packed and ready when we arrive. We charge by the hour and being prepared will save you time and money.
