I’m Dale, the owner, and along with my two sons John and Jamie, we have a strong commitment to the success of our family business. In over 50 years of being in business, Dewitt Movers & Storage has hardly ever advertised. We don’t need too. Referrals and word of mouth is our best advertising.

Local moves are typically completed in one day or less. Moving charges are based on an hourly rate and vary depending on the number of movers required and accessibility of the residence.

STORAGE
Whether storing for one month or many years (many of our satisfied customers have stored with us for ten years or longer) your possessions are safe in our palletized, climate controlled, pest controlled, security monitored warehouse.

The warehouse is conveniently located within walking distance from McMaster University at 140 King St. East in Dundas. If you live in Hamilton or Ancaster, we’re just a short drive away.

Your furnishings will be catalogued, wrapped in cotton blankets and sealed in the pallets until you are ready to receive them.

Our warehouse is inspected annually by the federal government to maintain the highest standards of safety and security.
