All Seniors Moving was created specifically for seniors and their families help with the transition into Retirement Living. There are very few companies in Ottawa that offer senior specific moving services and we our proud to be one.
There are a distinct set of challenges relating to moving to a Retirement Residence. We have intimate understand of loading zones, elevator bookings to avoid meal times, and how to carefully navigate a place full of Seniors!
We have had the pleasure to preform senior moves in Ottawa since 2012. We have visited most communities in the Ottawa Region and if by chance we haven’t served yours yet, we will contact management prior to your move date to ensure a smooth move.

Memory Care & Internal Moves
All Seniors Moving takes pictures of the current suite and can mirror suites so your loved ones can feel comfortable quickly in the new space. We know these moves can happen with little notice, we always accommodate a last minute move.
Will my estimate be based on the weight of my shipment?
If you are receiving a non-binding estimate, the charges that your mover assesses on your
shipment must be based on the actual weight of the shipment. Your mover may not lawfully
assess transportation charges on shipments with non-binding estimates on cubic feet, volume,
time (hourly) or on any basis other than weight. Also, the federal regulations require that
shipment weights must be determined on a state certified scale with a copy of the weigh
master’s tickets provided to you in support of the final invoice.
When is the best time to move?
The busiest times for moving companies are typically during the summer months, May-September.
If you are planning a move during that time you should make arrangements early.
Friday and Saturdays are big moving days so if you have flexibility in your schedule it can
be easier to get a date during the week rather than a weekend.
